At Benifore, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy.


30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

β€’ Unused and unworn
β€’ Less than 10 miles (16 km) on the odometer
β€’ Free from dirt, damage, or signs of wear
β€’ Returned with all original packaging and accessories (charger, keys, tools, manuals, etc.)


Non-Refundable Items & Fees

β€’ Return shipping costs may apply
β€’ Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling may be rejected or subject to partial refund
β€’ A restocking fee may apply in certain cases


After 30 Days

After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to accept returns.

However, depending on the situation, we may still offer:

β€’ Partial refund
β€’ Technical support or replacement parts


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above.
