Warranty Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2024

At Benifore, we stand behind the quality, reliability, and craftsmanship of every eBike we build.

This Limited Warranty applies to eligible Benifore products purchased in the United States and Canada through Benifore.com or authorized retailers. This warranty is provided at no additional cost and is separate from any consumer rights granted under applicable state or federal law.

Before your first ride, please carefully review the user manual included with your eBike. It contains important information regarding assembly, operation, safety procedures, maintenance requirements, and warranty eligibility.

While registration is not required to activate warranty coverage, we strongly encourage customers to register their eBike through Benifore.com to receive faster support, product updates, and service assistance.

Benifore warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance conditions, subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions outlined below.

Motor, Hall, Bearing 12 months Phase loss, Hall element burnout, demagnetization, abnormal bearing noise can be replaced. Breakage, water ingress are not warranted.
 Battery Lithium battery 12 months Replace the battery due to faults such as broken grids, no power storage, and less than 70% original capacity. No warranty for water ingress or man-made damage.

THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

Certain components installed on Benifore eBikes may be manufactured by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to drivetrains, braking systems, suspension components, and accessories.

These components may carry separate warranties provided directly by their respective manufacturers.

For specific warranty information regarding third-party components, please refer to the manufacturer's official documentation or website. Such components are not covered under the Benifore Limited Warranty unless otherwise stated.


SUBSEQUENT OWNER CONDITIONS

Warranty coverage may be transferred to a subsequent owner during the original warranty period.

The warranty period is always calculated from the original retail purchase date and not the date of resale.

Proof of the original purchase is required to verify warranty eligibility.


WARRANTY LABOR

Benifore will cover standard warranty-related labor costs for one (1) year from the original retail purchase date.

Additional service fees, installation fees, or labor charges not authorized by Benifore may not be reimbursed.


TERMS OF WARRANTY

To obtain warranty service, customers must provide:

• Original proof of purchase

• Product serial number

• Photos and/or videos showing the issue

Benifore reserves the right to inspect, repair, or replace any covered product at its sole discretion.

Replacement products or components may differ slightly in appearance, color, or specifications if the original item is no longer available.

Warranty service is generally limited to the country where the product was originally purchased.


ITEMS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper assembly or installation

• Accidents, collisions, abuse, or neglect

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Improper maintenance

• Corrosion caused by environmental exposure

• Installation of incompatible parts or accessories

• Failure to follow maintenance schedules outlined in the user manual

If you are uncertain whether an issue is covered, please contact Benifore Customer Support before proceeding with repairs.


NORMAL WEAR & TEAR

Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.

Examples include:

• Tires

• Inner tubes

• Brake pads

• Chains

• Bearings

• Cables and housing

• Handlebar grips

• Freehub bodies

• Spokes

• Sprockets

• Rubber components

• Transmission gears

• Cosmetic scratches and paint wear

Regular maintenance and replacement of wear items are the owner's responsibility.


WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Benifore Customer Support or your authorized retailer.

  2. Provide proof of purchase.

  3. Submit clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  4. Follow instructions provided by our support team.

Warranty claims cannot be processed without supporting documentation.


SHIPPING DAMAGE COVERAGE

Shipping damage is not covered under this Limited Warranty.

However, Benifore will assist customers with shipping-related claims if:

• Damage is reported within seven (7) days of delivery.

• Photos and/or videos clearly showing the damage are provided.

• Original packaging is retained whenever possible.

Claims submitted more than seven (7) days after delivery may not qualify for replacement assistance.

Customers should retain their original packaging whenever possible, as replacement packaging may incur additional fees.

Benifore reserves the right to request additional evidence before approving any warranty claim.

Replacement parts are provided free of charge when approved under warranty; however, shipping charges and unauthorized labor costs may not be covered.


DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

This Limited Warranty represents the complete warranty provided by Benifore.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benifore disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Benifore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or consequential damages; therefore, certain limitations may not apply to you.
